- Description
The soothing voice of Ernestine Knippschild first guides the listener through relaxation methods for unwinding and then, color meditation. The “rainbow” refers to the multicolored world which affects us: “Everywhere we look we are influenced by colors. Everything we touch vibrates of colors, influencing your mental, your emotional and yes, your physical state of being”. Knippschild thus proposes that moods and states may be altered through color visualizations. A soft dulcimer melody plays continually in the background as Knippschild speaks. Liner notes include transcription of Knippschild’s spoken words.
