The first minutes are of the Executive Committee of the ICW, at the Women’s Institute in London, July 8-9, 1897. Names include: Countess of Aberdeen, President, Frau Simson (Germany), Miss Perrin (Canada), Miss Windeyer (Wales), Frau Bieber-Boehm (Germany), Mrs. Cox (Canada), Miss Kramer (Holland), Miss Wilson (Corresponding Secretary), May Wright Sewall.
The Executive Committee meeting minutes of July 5-6, 1898 in London also include a report of the Committee of Arrangements planning for the 1899 meeting. The names include (not including those already mentioned above): Mrs. Alfred Booth (Great Britain), Mrs. Wheeler Pierce (US), Mrs. Creighton (Germany), Mrs. Fleetwood Derby (Sweden), Mrs. Sanford (Italy), Mrs. Bedford Fenwick, Miss. Arundale, Mlle Vidart (Switzerland), Miss Derick (Canada), Mrs. Crawshay (Italy), Mrs. Montefiore (Belgium), Miss Bates (US), Lady Battersea, Mrs. Percy Bunting, Mrs. Rawlinson, Miss Jones (representing Lady Laura Bidding).
The minutes of the Sub Executive Committee from April, 1899 include the names: Mrs. Seaife, Miss Walhstrom, Mrs. Lyttelton. In addition, the minutes of the Committee of Arrangements from June 22, [1899] include: Mrs. Wittenoon, Janet Lady Clarke, Mrs. Willoughby Cummings, Anna Howard Shaw, Mrs. Armitage, Mrs. Rawlinson, Miss Bateson, Ms. Fenwick, Miss Lidgett, Lady Roberts Austen, Mrs. Gordon Norrie, Mrs. Cockburn, Mrs. Niseon, Frau Stritt, Gina Krug, Mrs. Frank Gibbs, Mrs. Hugh Discow, Miss Jones, Mrs. Davidson, Mrs. McDonald, Miss Maynard, Baroness Alexandra Gripenberg.
Also in 1899, the minutes of the Executive Committee meetings at Westminster Town Hall on June 26 and July 8 include the names: Oddo Deflou, Fannie Humphreys, Mrs. Boomer (Canada), Anna Simon (German), Frau Hurka Relzun (Sweden), Froken Forshammer, Sidney Webb (New Zealand), Klerck van Hogendorp (Holland).
Finally, the minutes of the Executive Committee meeting held in Paris on June 25, 1900 include reports from the Committee on Peace and Arbitration and the Committee on Press and Laws and the following names: Maria Cedurschiold (Sweden), Miss James (Great Britain), Mrs. Frederickson (Denmark), Marne Aars (Norway), Mlle Bogelot (France), Mrs. Digman (Canada).
