Part of a collection of 12 mostly parchment deeds including leases, surrenders, releases etc all dating from 18th century, including MS 'Inventory of Deeds &c. dated 8/12/83' (i.e. 1923). This particular item is the same as HV-M 3 save for an impress of a duty stamp (Dieu Et Mon Droit) and a half penny sheet stamp (black crown)
