SHANGHAI, CHINA.--A bomb hurled by a lone Chinese halts a Nipponese "Victory Parade" through the heart of the International Settlement. The bomber pays with his life as ranks are re-formed and British and American forces are kept from business in their own zones by stubborn Japanese sentries.
