REDS HARASS VICE-PRESIDENT NIXON While making an 8-nation, good-will tour of South America, Vice-President Richard Nixon is victimized by Communist organized campaign of heckling and harassment. In Peru, he is stoned and spit upon by the Red-led mobs. Later, in Ecuador, he is warmly welcomed by the ruling majority. MASS CALISTHENICS: In Madrid, Spain, 10,000 workers participate in an impressive display of organized calisthenics. Among the spectators is Generalissimo Franco. LOURDES PROCESSION: The boardwalk, Atlantic City, New Jersey, usually a play land becomes pray land during festivities honoring the Lourdes Centenary. The Pilgrimage Procession was sponsored by the diocese of Camden, New Jersey. 40,000 persons attend Mass celebrated in Convention Hall in observance of the occasion. TODDLERS' BALLET: Ballet students of an Austrian school are scarcely old enough to toddle yet the tots don tutus and ballet slippers for a scene of rare charm and talent. HINTS ON HATS! This is the season when new hat creations have the gals starry-eyed. And the guys- glassy-eyed! Behind the scenes, a top London designer reveals some secrets of his art. Even the exclusive fashion models are intrigued. SPORTS AMATEUR ATHLETIC UNION GYMNASTS: In San Fernando, California, 150 cream-of-the-crop college athletes compete for the AMATEUR ATHLETIC UNION Gymnastic Championships. The contest is highlighted by stellar performances on trampoline, rings and high bar. The winner: John Beckner of Los Angeles, California. BOXING T.K.O.: In Dortmund, German champ Bubi Scholz flattens challenger Max Rasch nine times before the towel is finally tossed in. Lively around the ring doings.
