Continuation of the first day of the Urs. There are 12 groups of qawwals on this tape. There are no more DAT recordings of 1994 Urs. Due to heavy rain, the last day of the Urs, July 30th, was shifted to the basement of the school house where there was no PA system. The rest of the Urs has been recorded on video.

I recorded DAT numbers 10, 11, and about 1/2 hour of Dat # 12--from 11:30 pm until 4:00 am. Most famous chogan leader is woman named Durri. I recorded over 4 1/2 hours. I was too cold and tired to stay to the end so I don't know what happened after I left--Durri was still singing when I left.
