PRIME MINISTER NEHRU MEETS WITH DALAI LAMA at the exiled God-king's sanctuary in the Indian hill town of Mussoorie. Nehru, a man slow to anger, is severe in his criticism and denunciation of the Red Chinese Communist aggression in Tibet. Recalling when Chou En-lai, then visiting New Delhi, had assured Nehru that Peiping would honor Tibet's sovereignty and would not force Communism on that little and deeply religious country. Events have proved the worthlessness of the Communist promise. For in bloody fashion Chou En-lai has broken not only the laws of humanity but his personal word to Nehru.
