Sumner mentions a Teachers Guide, Pupils Resource Book, and Pupils Worksheets enclosed for Firth's review. She also asks for additional information on certain photographs, encloses black-and-white...
Two typewritten letters related to the Schools Council Project.The first, from Hazel Sumner, Schools Council Project, School of Education, University of Liverpool, to Raymond Firth, is dated September 30, 1974, and is written on university letterhead. Sumner mentions a Teachers Guide, Pupils Resource Book, and Pupils Worksheets enclosed for Firth's review. Page 1 is a typewritten letter from Raymond Firth to Amin Sweeney, dated January 3, 1974, replying to his letter requesting an article for their Occasional Papers series. Firth's reply is too late for the 1973 volume, as he was in Fiji. He says that he will be in California soon, but he will keep a possible paper in mind. He compliments Sweeney's book on shad...
