At last, an answer to one of the great unsolved cases in crime history.
When the half-naked bodies of brilliant physicist, Dr Gilbert Bogle, and his lover, Mrs Margaret Chandler, were found in bizarre circumstances on a Sydney riverbank in 1963, it set into play an unprecedented forensic investigation.
Autopsies offered little clue as to how the couple died, only that there were signs of a rapidly acting poison. Despite assistance from the FBI and Scotland Yard, the poison was never identified. At the end of a long and controversial coronial inquest, no cause of death, killer or motive could be identified.
In the ensuing years, scores of tabloid theories have been put forward, from LSD to Cold War assassinations. But in the minds of many, including the police, Margaret Chandler’s husband, Geoffrey, was the likely culprit.
Four decades later, this explosive documentary reveals startling new scientific evidence - evidence so powerful the police gave filmmaker Peter Butt unprecedented access to their forensic records.
It provides a stunning solution to one of crime's most baffling riddles: who killed Dr Bogle and Mrs Chandler?

On one of the toughest beats in town, a cop lays down his gun and takes on a new style of policing. Community Cop follows Constable Andrew ‘AJ’ Allen working with the young African refugee community in the Flemington high-rise estate in inner city Melbourne.
The estate is home to 4000 people, many of them from war-torn Somalia, Eritrea and Ethiopia. It is a diverse, volatile and complex neighbourhood with a history of high crime, tough policing, and escalating clashes between the police and young people who often see police as the enemy.
With limited resources but assistance from key community members including youth worker Ahmed Ahmed and youth ‘troublemaker’ turned advocate Ahmed Dini, AJ sets out to earn the trust of this suspicious community. It is a tough job, when some even within his own ranks regard this community policing as a waste of time and money.

This is the shocking inside story of a family's fight to free their 15-year-old son after he is wrongly accused of rape.
A horrifying tale of lies, deception and the high cost of justice, Every Family's Nightmare raises questions about systemic, procedural and cultural flaws in Australia's criminal justice system by investigating the case of Perth schoolboy Patrick Waring.
Patrick was jailed for a year while his family battled to prove his innocence.
From the time he was accused of raping a teenage girl on 30 March 2006, the Western Australian police were convinced Patrick Waring was guilty. His family knew they were wrong.
Over the next year, the Waring family assembled an international team of experts to help defend their son, exposing deep flaws in the police investigation and the legal battle that followed.
Every Family's Nightmare uses observational footage, reenactments and interviews with key participants to document the Warings' ordeal from the time the allegations were made to the outcome of the trial.
But while Patrick is eventually acquitted, his life will never be the same. The fight to clear his name and regain his freedom has cost his family everything and Patrick has lost a year of his childhood while in jail.
Alarmingly, experts say that the same situation could arise at any time, involving any family, in any Australian state.
