From his integral role in the development of the atomic bomb to his controversial testimony in front of the Rogers Commission investigating the Challenger disaster Richard Feynman cast a long shadow across the worlds of physic and mathematics Through playwright; Arthur Giron's eyes we see how family; love; and his pursuit of making the world a better place through his discoveries shaped him to be one of the most respected and important scientists of the 20th century. MOVING BODIES was produced for NPR's Relativity Series- a monthly broadcast of science-themed plays; funded in part by the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation to enhance public understanding of science and technology. Dick in 1986 reflects on teacher Christa McAuliffe's death in the shuttle Challenger.
