Description
A desperate L.A. yuppie couple arranges to buy the unborn child of a dirt-poor Louisiana pair in this passionate off-Broadway drama. Wanda instructs her son on the phone to behave at his grandparents' house. The phone goes dead because of an unpaid bill. Wanda suggests responding to an ad from a couple who want a baby. Al and Wanda already have four children and Wanda is pregnant again.
