Next we consider whether the new jobs are a good prospect in terms of pay and potential career progression. Fiona Flynn is joined in the studio by Christina McAnea, National Secretary of Unison, and Jill Staley, Director of the Wider workforce Programme at the TDA. Finally, Fiona Flynn returns to the school where she taught ten years ago to catch up with some of the Teaching Assistants and see how their job has evolved.

In the following week's lesson the students, working in groups of three as client, therapist and observer, act out a scenario to help them understand how massage effects the emotions.
