Abstract / Summary
vom Barock bis zum Rock This CD marks the 50th anniversary since the term Rock was first mentioned in a musical context - from Bill Haley's Rock Around The Clock. From Johann Sebastian Bach to Elton John there were many changes - even revolutions - in the world music. During this long period the language of music was able to capture the spirit of each era.
