- The Woman’s Outlook: A Magazine for the Home was the official publication of the National Federation of Woman’s Clubs of the Philippines. Published in Manila, the organization distributed its monthly periodical to members in the Philippines and the United States, and for an extra fee, to members in other parts of the globe. Most material in the Outlook was printed in English, but occasionally, an article was published in Spanish. This issue includes “La Iglesia Católica y el feminismo [The Catholic Church and Feminism],” by Fr. S.M. (Ateneo de Manila).
