Notes from previous database created by Tina Stoeklin in March 1997 'There are two korr'korr being played.Tracks include: 1) Dureinambwe, the 'Lolita' rhythm. Uncertain why this is classed as a plantation song. 2) Dureinambwe, working on plantation song: On the ship of Mr. Naturelle, it arrives at Wowo (on Malekula), the King goes to Wowo, he is married and his wife weeps at his departure. Performed by Eriper, Winsi, Manuel, Samuel, Paul.. 3) Nambwe Nimbo. Announces the departure of Ego with pig, when he goes to present the pig to his [bean frere] at the other end of the Namil (dancing ground), running to do so. Batteries on recorder failed during recording of first song, speed of recording is unreliable.' [NL, 14/05/2013]
