1) slaughtering of pigs to consecrate Miren. Chief [assumed of Amokh, but not sure] parades up and down line of staked pigs on dancing ground, carrying pig-killin implement. When he reaches the drums (at the narrow end of the dancing ground), he kills a high-grade tusker in front of the drums.
2) Next day (or after midnight), Naleng dance rhythm "Bot nio snoel" [field notes state that black palm masks are used, when during Maki]
