"Halloween Hi-Jinx." When Mr. Weatherbee is caught in a sidewalk spat between Reggie and Archie, Archie finds himself banned from the Halloween dance! Betty convinces him to come anyway, though, since Mr. Weatherbee is unlikely to attend the soirée. So what's he to do when the 'Bee shows up?
