Words of Welcome to the 13th Assembly of the CIM by Dr. Jose Mora, Secretary General of the OAS This speech is part of a series of documents from the thirteenth assembly of the Inter-American Commission of Women (Comisión Interamericana de Mujeres (CIM)).
