- Details of the daily activities of the Planned Parenthood Conference in Bombay: meetings, dinners, receptions, study groups, cultural entertainment, etc. Vice President of India, Dr. S. Radhakrishnan gave the opening address. Refers to all of the countries attending the conference; all submitted reports. Mentions Lady Rama Rau and the India Committee. Discusses broadcasts on Indian Radio, interview with the Indian Times. Considers the conference to be a success, considers establishing a Planned Parenthood World Federation in India a “dream come true.” Notes the decision to enlarge the international committee to include all national planned parenthoods and change the name to International Planned Parenthood Federation.
