Abstract / Summary
A beautiful but amoral model (Christie) sleeps her way to the top of the London fashion scene at the height of the Swinging Sixties, seeking fame and fortune as she jumps in and out of the beds of the rich and powerful. Teamed again with director John Schlesinger following Billy Liar, Darling features Julie Christie in one of her most iconic roles, for which she was awarded an Oscar for Best Actress.
