Four undated pages of handwritten notes are headed, 'Skirts of women of Kiriwina.' At the top of the page is the name Ethel M. Prisk and there is writing in red pencil in the upper right that includes, 'VIII.4.' The notes discuss all aspects of women's skirts, including material, preparation, and definitions of various related indigenous terms.
