- Date: 18.8.18. Informant: Motagoi. A passage in the Trobriand language with simultaneous English translation, numbered J194, discusses native ideas of the Christian god, called 'Yaubada.' The informant questions the existence of an unseen god in the sky. The information is written on the back of reused stationery, consisting of a partial, typed manuscript describing household implements of the Mailu people of New Guinea.
