- Four pages of light-blue typing paper contain written notes on a paper by Maurice Godelier, 'Baruya Sex and Sexuality,' which was one of several presented in a seminar led by Raymond Firth at the University of Auckland in 1978. The paper discusses aspects of gender role and sexuality among the Baruya people of New Guinea. Additional notes in red ink may be Firth's responses to points made in the paper.
