Handwritten undated notes by Raymond Firth, headed "Blocking of Rubber Planting 1930," regarding agriculture and fisheries in Malaya. Page 1 is a timeline of economic and other events in Malaya, beginning in 1921. Page 2, the beginning of a discarded letter, is the verso of page 1; however, there are also notes here in red reading, in part, "Rubber, Price ... Conservation." Pages 3 through 6 contain additional events in Malaya and notes about the fishing industry and exports.
