Details
- Abstract / Summary
- Kuwait's operating environment poses the most risk out of all six GCC states from a trade and investment perspective. This is largely owing to the country's undiversified export product base; noteworthy restrictions on foreign land and business ownership; and high levels of bureaucracy with regards to trade, tax and general business operation. The comparatively widespread levels of corruption in Kuwait and poor protection of intellectual property rights also contribute.
