Abstract / Summary
This paper presents the policy and measures adopted by HI to prevent and combat the sexual exploitation, abuse, and harassment of beneficiary populations by humanitarian workers. Through this policy, Humanity & Inclusion (HI) expresses its determination to: ▪ Combat the sexual exploitation, abuse and harassment of children and vulnerable adults benefiting from or impacted by HI’s intervention. ▪ Implement measures to reduce risks on its programmes, whatever the context. HI reaffirms its policy of zero tolerance of any form of sexual exploitation, abuse or harassment. HI also encourages its staff to consider their actions and the potential consequences of these actions.
