Notes on reel to reel box (MS ink) 'Tape XLIII 26th March '61. as 42., but with pipe tuning at end (not v. good) - D.N. excellent.'
Notes from previous database created by Tina Stoeklin in March 1997 'Durei-na-mbwe on panpipes played by Valerian. Recording ends with each note on the set of pipes blown individually. Clausen notes that this was excellent Durei-na-mbwe. Note: a sung version of this same song, performed by Samuel and Erine, can be heard on 1993.6.1.65.' [NL 20/05/2013]
