Review: Tony De La Rosa was even more influential in conjunto music than Flaco Jimenez during the late '40s and early '50s. However, the 14 tracks on this anthology are important not for historical reasons, but because they're joyous, rocking examples of De La Rosa's flamboyance as a performer.
