The DVD includes scenes showing intense verbal bullying of a teenage girl by three of her peers in a public setting, racially motivated vandalization of an automobile in broad daylight, the theft of a wallet in a crowded restaurant witnessed by apparently uncaring onlookers, and a disturbing, unprovoked attack on a homeless person by teenagers.
