Abstract / Summary
In this DVD, Michael Johnson addresses the relapse dynamics of the addicted offender. He describes the roles of family and peer relationships in relapse and explains how boredom and a lack of activities can serve as a set-up for relapse. Johnson considers the view of sobriety as a temporary experience only to be engaged in while incarcerated or on probation and parole and looks at numerous pitfalls associated with relapse.
