Abstract / Summary
The study was created as an off-shoot of the SSRC project during the course of the 1974 miners strike, similar to the previous study during the 1972 strike. The team set out to record the events as they were taking place, and what exists is an unique account of the feelings of the miners themselves during the strike, and also the aftermath.
