A series of short (10-30 minute) interviews with Maine residents about their experiences of the “Ice Storm of ‘98,” which caused statewide power failures in January, 1998. These interviews were conducted at the 1998 Maine Festival held at Thomas Point Beach in Brunswick, ME August 7, 8, and 9, 1998
